SYNOPSIS:
Documentary Comrade Ferlin is a portrait of an extraordinary pensioner Anton Ferlin who lives in a small town of Vodnjan in the Croatian county of Istria. The camera follows him in his highly active lifestyle associated with many current social problems and issues - anti-fascism, capitalism and labor, local identities, family and ideals, religion, friendship, humanity and alienation.
It is a film about the present not longing for the past, about an active and fulfilling old age and about humanity in the face of wild capitalism.
