Feature film Hotel Pula and documentary Ship at the festival in Pula

The 70th edition of the Pula Film Festival will open on July 15, 2023 with the feature film Hotel Pula directed by Andrej Korovljev. It is a film that was shot in Pula, brings together a large number of Pula authors, filmmakers and actors and confronts us with a significant episode of our recent past.

The documentary film The Ship, directed by Elvis Lenić, will be screened out of competition at the closing of the Pula Festival on July 22. Emotional and personal, the film The Ship tells about the golden age, but also the present moment of the Uljanik shipyard, told from the perspective of the people who worked there.

Animated TV Serial The Adventures of Gloria Scott win MEDIA Sub-programme Funds

  • In the single project development category, MEDIA Sub-programme (EACEA 17/2014) supported the development of a Croatian animated TV serial Adventures of Gloria Scott with € 60,000.

Filming of Threshold is completed

  • Završeno snimanje kratkog igranog filma Pragovi, redateljice Dijane Mlađenović. Film se snimao u Zagrebu, od 27-30.12.2012. Glavne uloge tumače Alma Prica i Franjo Kuhar.

Funding for the documentary Thin Line

  • Kinematograf will receive funding by Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC) for the minority co-production for the documentary film Thin Line, directed by Nina Mimica and Paola Sangiovanni, produced by Altreforme (Italy).

Support for the omnibus Deep Cuts

  • Republic of Croatia Office for Gender Equality supports the regional film omnibus project Deep Cuts.

Screening of the documentary Comrade Ferlin

  • Documentary Comrade Ferlin screened at Art kino Croatia, Rijeka on 10 and 30 October 2012 at 7 p. m.
  • Documentary Comrade Ferlin screened at the Liburnija Film Festival, Ičići, 2012

Funding for the omnibus Deep Cuts

  • Kinematograf received the Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC) funding for project development of the omnibus feature film Deep Cuts and screenplay development of the feature film Pula.
